With us, you don't sleep luxuriously, but well.

Our guesthouse is quietly but conveniently located on the edge of the Dresdner Heide. You can reach the city centre in just 15 to 20 minutes by tram or S-Bahn. Ideal for those who want to discover Dresden's sights and enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening.
Our non-smoking rooms are simple, clean and cosy. Each has its own bathroom with shower and WC - perfect for those who like it uncomplicated and comfortable. Here you will find everything you need to feel at home, without any frills.
For guests on a smaller budget, we also offer rooms with shared bathrooms. They are neat, practical and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. A fair choice for those who prefer to experience rather than overpay for sleeping.
As an accommodation provider, we are obliged to collect 6 % accommodation tax on the accommodation price and pay it to the city of Dresden. Guests under the age of 27 on a training trip are exempt - please complete the registration form.
As a rule, payment is made in cash. Savings banks and banks are located nearby. For corporate customers and professionals, we can offer alternative payment options by arrangement. Card payment is being planned.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours - especially from 22:30, when the night's rest begins. Our house rules help to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
The village was first mentioned in a document in 1309 under the name „Kloiczowe“. It was finally given its current spelling on 14 April 1883: Klotzsche.
Until the 19th century, the inhabitants lived mainly from agriculture. The Old Church and several listed half-timbered houses, which still characterise the image of Altklotzsche today, bear witness to this past.
1935 was an important year: Dresden Airport was opened in Klotzsche - still a prominent landmark today, not least because of the water tower visible from afar. In the same year, Klotzsche was granted city status before being incorporated into the city of Dresden in 1950.
Today, Klotzsche is diverse: industry can be found in the north, villas characterise the area around the railway station, residential areas with prefabricated buildings in between - and in the historic town centre you can once again encounter the charm of bygone times with half-timbered houses and history.
You won't find a contact form here - and there's a reason for that.
Have you ever sent a message and never received a reply?
Maybe the email was wrong. Maybe it was a typo. Maybe it just disappeared into nirvana.
Anyone who really wants something is welcome to write to us directly. That way it's sure to get through - and we'll reply too. We promise.
We are there for you Monday to Friday from 4 to 8 pm - or by prior arrangement.
On weekends by appointment.
As we occasionally have appointments outside the guesthouse, we are not always on site. Should there be short waiting times, please be patient - we will be there for you as soon as possible.
